Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on introplan.com, operated by Sodasoft LLC. By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and accept these refund terms together with our Terms of Service.

1. Summary

We want you to be confident when you buy. We voluntarily offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided you have used less than 20% of the course you bought. This is more generous than the EU statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, because by purchasing you explicitly request immediate delivery and waive that statutory 14-day cooling-off period (see Section 6 below).

2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if all of the following are true:

  • You request the refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase
  • You have completed less than 20% of the lessons in the course (measured by progress tracking)
  • You have not downloaded the bulk of associated bonus files, templates, or prompt packs
  • The purchase was for a digital course or bundle (see exceptions in Section 4)
  • The request is made from the email address used at checkout
  • You have not previously claimed a refund for the same product

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@introplan.com from the address used at checkout.
  2. Include your Stripe receipt number or order ID and the product name.
  3. Tell us briefly why you would like a refund. Feedback helps us improve.

We may verify your progress and order history. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Prompt Pack and Template Pack - these are downloadable digital files. Once your account has accessed or downloaded them, the license is considered fulfilled and no refund is available.
  • Live Builder Session - once the session has been delivered, or within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, refunds are not available. Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours before the session receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Team Workshops - governed by the separate agreement signed with the company; refunds follow that agreement.
  • Purchases made with coupons or discount codes deeper than 50% off are non-refundable, unless required by law.

5. Bundles

For the Complete Bundle, refund eligibility is judged against the courses inside the bundle. If you have already passed the 20% completion threshold on any included course, the bundle is no longer fully refundable. We may at our discretion offer a prorated credit or partial refund.

6. EU consumer rights and digital content waiver

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content (such as online courses) supplied otherwise than on a tangible medium, this right is lost once performance has begun if the consumer (a) has given prior express consent for performance to start, and (b) has acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Article 16(m)).

At checkout, you confirm that:

  • You request immediate access to the digital course as soon as payment is confirmed.
  • You understand that, by doing so, you waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Our voluntary refund offer in Section 1 still applies - it is more generous than the statutory baseline for digital content that has begun delivery.

7. Faulty or misdescribed content

If a product is materially faulty, fundamentally not as described, or inaccessible due to a problem on our side, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 7-day window. Please contact us with details so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed by Stripe within 5 business days of approval. The refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank or card network.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank - most issues are resolved faster directly. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of access and may be contested. Repeated chargeback abuse may be reported in line with applicable law.

10. Currency and bank fees

Refunds are issued in the original currency of the purchase. Currency conversion losses, foreign-exchange fees, or bank charges are not reimbursable.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the new policy is published - your existing purchase is governed by the policy in force at the time of payment.
