This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through introplan.com ("Website"), operated by Sodasoft LLC, doing business as IntroPlan ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase on our Website, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Overview — All Sales Are Final
All sales of digital products and services offered through IntroPlan are FINAL. Due to the instant-delivery, non-returnable nature of digital goods, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or made available for download, the transaction is considered complete and non-reversible. By making a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Digital Products (Books, PDFs, Playbooks, Templates)
The following terms apply to all digital products sold through our Website, including but not limited to books, PDFs, playbooks, templates, guides, checklists, worksheets, and any other downloadable or digitally delivered content:
- No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered to your account, made available for download, or accessed in any manner.
- By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the digital, non-tangible nature of the product and waive any right to a refund, return, or exchange.
- Detailed product descriptions, previews, and summaries are provided on our Website prior to purchase to help you make an informed purchasing decision. It is your responsibility to review all available information before buying.
- We are NOT responsible if a product does not meet your subjective expectations, preferences, or perceived value. Differences in opinion regarding the quality, usefulness, or applicability of content do not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. Classroom Courses (Hosted on IntroPlan)
For courses and educational content hosted directly on the IntroPlan platform ("Classroom"):
- Free courses: No refund applies, as no payment was made.
- Paid classroom access: No refunds will be issued once you have accessed, viewed, streamed, or interacted with any portion of the course content. Access to the course materials constitutes delivery of the digital product.
- You had the opportunity to review the full course description, syllabus, learning objectives, and any available preview materials before enrolling. Failure to do so does not entitle you to a refund.
4. External Courses (Third-Party Platforms)
For courses or content that are hosted on or delivered through third-party platforms (e.g., Udemy, Skillshare, Teachable, or any other external service):
- Purchases are subject to the refund policy of the respective third-party platform. You must refer to that platform's terms and conditions for any refund-related inquiries.
- IntroPlan and Sodasoft LLC bear NO responsibility whatsoever for purchases made on external platforms, including but not limited to issues related to payment, access, content delivery, or refunds.
- We cannot and will not process refunds, credits, or exchanges for any purchases made through third-party platforms, regardless of the circumstances.
5. Limited Exceptions
In very limited and narrowly defined circumstances, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund request. The following are the only situations that may qualify as an exception:
- Unresolvable technical issue: A verified technical problem on our end that completely prevents you from accessing the purchased product, and that our team is unable to resolve within 7 business days after being notified.
- Duplicate charge: A billing error originating from our system that resulted in you being charged more than once for the same product.
- Non-delivery due to system failure: The product was not delivered and was not made available to you due to a confirmed failure in our systems.
Important: All exception requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.
6. What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund
To be clear, the following situations do NOT qualify for a refund, credit, or exchange under any circumstances:
- "I changed my mind" — Change of mind after purchase is not a valid reason for a refund.
- "I didn't read the description" — It is your responsibility to review all product information before purchasing.
- "The product didn't meet my expectations" — Subjective dissatisfaction with product content, quality, or applicability does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- "I found similar free content elsewhere" — The availability of similar or comparable content on other platforms does not entitle you to a refund.
- "I no longer need the product" — A change in your personal or professional circumstances does not constitute a valid refund reason.
- User's own technical limitations: Inability to use, open, view, or benefit from the product due to your own hardware, software, internet connection, technical knowledge, or any other user-side limitation.
- Promotional or discounted purchases: Products purchased using a promotional code, coupon, discount, or any special offer are non-refundable without exception.
7. How to Request a Refund (For Valid Exceptions Only)
If you believe your situation falls within the limited exceptions described in Section 5 above, you may submit a refund request by following these steps:
- Send an email to hello@introplan.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- A detailed description of the technical issue, including any error messages, screenshots, or other supporting evidence
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
The decision to grant or deny a refund is final and made at the sole discretion of Sodasoft LLC. We are not obligated to provide a refund in any case, and approval of one exception does not set a precedent for future requests.
8. Chargebacks
By making a purchase on our Website, you agree to the following:
- You agree to contact us directly at hello@introplan.com to attempt to resolve any billing dispute or concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
- Filing a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback — including a chargeback for a product that was delivered and accessible — will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and revocation of access to all purchased products and services.
- We reserve the right to dispute all unwarranted chargebacks and will provide all relevant evidence to the payment processor, including proof of delivery, access logs, and this agreed-upon Policy.
- In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to the recovery of the disputed amount, associated fees, and legal costs.
9. Account Termination
If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable agreement, no refund will be provided for any previously purchased products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, termination due to fraudulent activity, abuse, unauthorized sharing of content, or any other breach of our policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
Sodasoft LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on our Website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of our Website or products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
