Cookies Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026
This Cookies Policy explains how Sodasoft LLC (operator of the Introplan brand at introplan.com) uses cookies and similar technologies. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (such as login or language) over a period of time, so you don't have to re-enter them each time you come back. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and SDKs - we treat them under the same rules as cookies.
2. Why we use them
We use cookies to:
- Keep you signed in to your account
- Remember your preferences (theme, accepted cookies)
- Process payments securely via Stripe
- Protect against fraud and abuse
- Understand which pages and products are most useful (analytics)
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (with consent)
3. Categories of cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Service to function. Without them, key features (login, checkout, security) do not work. You cannot disable these.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-*-auth-token | Supabase | Authenticate logged-in users | 1 year |
__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Stripe | Fraud prevention during checkout | 30 min – 1 year |
introplan-consent | Introplan | Stores your cookie preferences | 1 year |
theme | Introplan | Remembers light / dark theme | 1 year |
3.2 Analytics cookies (consent required)
We use product analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We try to collect anonymised, aggregated data and we do not sell it.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ph_* | PostHog | Anonymous usage analytics, A/B tests | up to 1 year |
3.3 Marketing cookies (consent required)
We may use marketing cookies to measure the effectiveness of email and ad campaigns. We will only set these if you give consent in the cookie banner. At the time of writing, no third-party advertising cookies are enabled by default.
4. Your choices
- Cookie banner. When you first visit the site, we show a banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer.
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the Service (e.g. you may not be able to log in).
- Do Not Track. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
5. Third-party cookies
Some embedded content (e.g. YouTube video players, when used) may set their own cookies. We do not control these. See the third party's privacy policy for details.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy as we change tools or as the law changes. Material changes will be reflected in the cookie banner, asking for fresh consent where required.
